RMLS™ offers complementary training to help our subscribers get the maximum benefit from their subscription. We conduct classes on RMLSweb (our subscriber website), Supra keys and lockboxes, and more.

RMLS™ offers in-house classes in 11 training facilities: Portland, Gresham, Vancouver, Salem, Eugene, Florence, Roseburg, Coos County, Brookings, Hood River, and Hermiston. Training calendars are available at any RMLS™ office and on RMLSweb.

We also offer on-site training for offices. We can custom-build a class or presentation for subscribers and staff. This is a great way to keep up to date with current changes.

Many of our facilities have “open house” hours where subscribers can drop in to get specific questions answered one-on-one with an RMLS™ trainer.

RMLSweb also offers an expanding list of online tutorials and demos.

The award-winning RMLS™ Help Desk staff promptly answers subscriber calls and will team up with you until your problem is resolved. In fact, over 75% of all calls are on hold for less than one minute.

Our Help Desk team supports RMLSweb, RMLSweb Mobile, and multiple third party applications such as WyldFyre.  In addition, the team members take their time to help subscribers with general computing needs such as printing, e-mail and other tasks that a productive agent does throughout their busy day.

RMLS™ has partnered with Supra to provide subscribers with lockbox and key services.

• iBox (electronic lockbox) features include:
  • Keeping a record of every entry for increased security
  • Setting entry for 24-hour or timed access
  • Having RMLS™ program your lockboxes with your selected shackle code
  • Managing your lockbox inventory and viewing showing activity via the online interface
• Choose between the ActiveKey or eKEY:
  • ActiveKEY is a dedicated lockbox key that offers:
    • Updates wirelessly 24/7 through frequent cellular connections
    • Alerts through the key when your listed properties are being shown
    • Built-in flashlight, lighted keypad and display window
    • Optional car chargers are available to keep your key charged while on the go
  • eKEY is a service for your approved PalmOS, Windows Mobile, or Blackberry device  to act as your lockbox key which:
    • Allows you to easily change lockbox settings, such as hours or shackle code, right from your eKEY, which eliminates the need to bring it to an RMLS™ office
    • Sends showing feedback to listing agents through the key
    • Provides RMLS™ roster and listing data on your device

  (Note: Bluetooth fobs are required for Blackberry smartphones and other devices that do not have Infrared (IR) ports.)

  RMLS™ provides a warranty on all Supra lockbox and ActiveKey devices mentioned above.

RMLS™ provides a free, monthly statistical newsletter for our subscribers and members of the media. Market Action is a one-stop place to get statistical information about the real estate market throughout Oregon and Southern Washington. Designed by REALTORS^® for REALTORS^®, Market Action is a resource and marketing tool with easy-to-find facts and colorful graphs. The electronic format can be easily e-mailed, printed, or uploaded to your website.
